Transfer of Tickets: Tickets may be transferred to another individual with prior notification to our support team at pr@ottverse.com. Transfers must be approved by the organizers and completed before the event date. 1.3. Admission: Admission to the event is contingent upon presenting a valid ticket. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who fails to provide a valid ticket or who does not comply with the event policies.
2. Event Changes
2.1. Event Schedule: The schedule for OTTVerse Summit 2024 is subject to change. The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, including the speakers, sessions, and timing, without prior notice. 2.2. Cancellation or Postponement: In the event of cancellation or postponement, we will notify all ticket holders via email. Ticket holders may receive a refund or have the option to transfer their tickets to a rescheduled event, as determined by the organizer.

3.1. Behavior: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund. 3.2. Photography and Recording: Attendees are permitted to take photographs and make audio or video recordings for personal use. However, unauthorized commercial use of event content is prohibited.

All content, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and logos, provided at OTTVerse Summit 2024 are the intellectual property of the respective owners. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability
The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
