1. No Returns or Refunds

Thank you for purchasing a ticket to OTTVerse Summit 2024. Please note that all ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, we do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges, regardless of the circumstances.

2. Ticket Transfer

If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact our support team at pr@ottverse.com with the details of the transfer. All transfers must be completed before the event date.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that OTTVerse Summit 2024 is cancelled or postponed, we will notify all ticket holders via email. In such cases, we may offer a refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled event date, at our discretion.
